Short girls? Under 5'3"?

Do you ever find yourself rejected/unapproachable because of your height by guys? Have you ever been rejected or any guy said anything negative about your height?
I also want to know where are you from. I have heard different cultures have different ideas, such as rejected as a short girl is more common in Nordic countries.

I'm 5'3 and no. I was never rejected because of my height. Not that I was interested in dating anyway. But the issues had to do with conflicting views. However, what can be considered a problem is how you physically look as a youthful person. It can come off as if you are actually a lot younger than you are, and it can intimidate a guy because the last thing they don't want is to god forbid date a 13 year old. Or accused of rape. You know how many guys get put in jail because they assume the girl is 19 but is actually 17 and younger?

I'm 5'1'' and Finnish. I have never been rejected because of my height. People always just tell me I look cute, because I'm such a midget. But I wouldn't really care if someone didn't like me because of my height. I wouldn't necessarily be attracted to a guy shorter than me, so they have every right to have preferences in height, as in other things in my appearance.

I have really tall friends and they sure get their share of attention from guys. But don't know if I have just always accidentally associated myself with guys who like short girls, or if height just isn't that big of a deal to them.

I mean, guys never prefer the same things. Preferences are individual. So I guess that's a rumor at least in Finland. I haven't heard that one before.

Probably, because those men tend to be tall. It takes more work kissing a really short girl when you are tall and can hurt your back (I've been told from tall men). Also a lot of them have napoleon syndrome and want to be all tough and bossy. These are the reasons I've been told by tall guys. Also a lot go men like long legs.

5'6 and it depends on the guys. Most of the tall guys say they don't prefer short girls, but the short girls here prefer them. Short girls chase tall guys here more often then not.

I personally don't think height matters. I've dated guys 6'5 and my current partner is 5'4.

The short girls here are sometimes shallow and won't date guys near there height. Not all, but a lot

well it is cultural. Here in US, BIG height difference in couples are more acceptable. Many 6ft guys are with 5ft girls and it is not abnormal here. But I have heard in Europe it is not acceptable at all. I don't know

Women will often prefer tall guys over short guys - it makes us feel feminine, but if we are short our minimum height requirement tends to be shorter for our guy

Short women have it WAY easier than short guys

Yes. Repeatedly. I was called "midget size" by several feller's back in my dating days with my 5'5" (it is an inch shorter than average in Sweden) I also was rejected for not looking like a woman. Lastly many many short MEN rejected me telling me they did not want short sons so what was the point of dating. But hey, i live in Scandinavia where short girls are "doomed". Heard that in US guys prefer shorter girls 

Yep! A lot of guys won't approach me because of my height and how young I look. I'm 5'2 and I've been told I look 15-16 (I'm 21). I guess people are scared of being labeled as pedophiles.
