He is attractive in the conventional way
Nice eyes, good facial structure, shiny white smile etc. However, only certain women will actually date guys that look archetypally "perfect" because they tend to be narcissistic and draw a lot of attention to themselves. Any woman that doesn't at least think he's cute is probably just thinking of how much of a jerk 'pretty boys' can be.
His hair sucks though, at least in my opinion
