You need to understand that boob size (and looks in general) for most girls is a big thing, just like penis size and other looks for men are a big thing. And that's also why men spend so much time lifting weights and women spend so much time putting makeup on. When you say a girls boob size is not ideal she will get offended because this effects her life in one the biggest areas: dating/relationships/romance/love.
