I just saw her recently and god she's like an angel. As i said technically she's family just not sure how "far" she's in the family tree as she's someone from my uncles wife's tree.

Your uncle's wife is your aunt, and so is her sister an aunt. So I would think a niece. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
