I am very skeptical about that type of attraction.

A bad example of chronophilia is this teleiophilia (and not teleophilia) when prepubescent children are attracted to adults and that adult do not oppose it. That is when you get this p***philia that everyone condemns. However, very often, it is this teleiophilia that is the cause of p***philia.

Once children have reached their 18th. birthday, that should not be a legal issue anymore since both are out of age and as long as both are consenting and not the one or the other put under pressure, that is pretty standard nowadays.

Never heard the term. Looking at the definition it’s simply the attraction to older adults and not limited to the age range you listed in the question. So based on that I feel like a younger adult can be attracted to an older adult for a variety of reasons from a need to connect to a more safe and mature emotional person to issues based on previous trauma to having bad experiences with adults their own age.
