I’m 4’11 and he’s 6’3. is that too much of a height difference?

Big difference, it may and probably will cause some problems (I read you can't reach him to kiss him) but in the end it's about your feelings for him and if he's worth it.

I personally prefer my guys to NOT be that significantly taller than me. A height difference over 10 inches is just too much for me but if he'd be amazing, I'd give it a shot. What I don't like most about the difference is that I'd look strange next to him, kissing is hard, most of the physical stuff is hard and I couldn't even kiss my guy while having sex unless in certain positions.

No, that doesn’t matter at all. There is more than a foot difference between my parents so seeing large height gaps with other couples has never been weird to me.
