1) If a man is in a monogamous relationship, his type NEEDS TO become the exact description of the girl he is with. Its HIS job to control himself and train himself to find her the most attractive (meaning the second attractive person in the world would be whoever looks closest to her).
2) Its true some guys have a type, and Asian girls apparently seem to be popular these days, but don't let that discourage you. I ultimately ended up marrying a woman who is half Chinese, half Jamaican/Caucasian/Native American, but before that I dated multiple black girls. I think lots of guys find black girls attractive-looking. I believe the root cause of the apparent popularity of Asian women is more a matter of culture and upbringing. While things have gotten a bit wild in the west, Asians are seen as still having a more traditional, family-oriented, respectful, domestic vibe (whether they are first-generation immigrants, or have been here for a few generations) and I think that might be a big part of what all the fuss is about. What I'm trying to say here is an attractive girl with the right characteristics can do just fine regardless of her race, (it just so happens those qualities appear to be common in Asian families, but that is no problem for you). Any guy who passes up such a girl just because he hasn't learned how to appreciate girls of her race is undoubtedly missing out on a great opportunity (and some other guy will undoubtedly be glad he did)
3) If your boyfriend is openly and actively lusting after other girls while he is in a relationship with you, you can most certainly do better than him. Don't get trapped. Hold out for a guy who is worth your life.
Half the porn on the internet is Asian (specifically Japanese). So most guys are exposed to this and conditioned by this. Not everyone is a pervert, but a lot of guys watch porn and are exposed to this garbage. Some men like Asian culture and others respect it. I personally like Asian women, but not more so than black or any other women, I just like them for different reasons. I like the way African women say babies, huge turn on for me (as far as accents). I like African women for more than that, but it certainly adds. What's inside matters more than all of this stuff, but there are different things I like from different women. I like long black hair which favors Asians and Middle Easterners. However, I like Black women that have broccoli hair (their fro looks like a broccoli head). So to each their own.

I don't, necessarily, prefer Asian girls. However the body type of MOST, but not all, Asian women appeals to me. Nice muscular legs; taut medium sized ass (but not too big), good abs; smallish breasts... I find that body type very appealing. However, any guy who is worth investing in (spiritually, emotionally, physically) can look beyond your body type if you really connect.
Sweetie I don't know what some guys see in them, I think some are cute just as in any race. As in your case I Think demographics will have a big part to play. That's what it sounds like to me. Asian girls are the most feminine then whites, then blacks. Black guys are the most masculine, then whites, then Asians. Men are attracted to more feminine females and women are attracted to more masculine males. Therefore, black girls and Asian guys are the least desirable.
