Girls, What qualities make a man a "good man" in your eyes?

Someone recently asked "where are all the good guys hiding?" I was just about to give a snarky remark when I thought to ask this. Seeing as there's no real consensus on what traits make up said Man I figured it might help if you Ladies gave us more to go on then "doesn't cheat" or "isn't an asshole." Im eager to learn the exact qualities because I know a bunch of guys I would label as good men but are usually passed over. So if you would be kind enough to list them here for us, it might help us out in the long run.

communicates effectively
positive attitude
consistent behavior
respectful
respectable

considers her an equal partner
supports her decisions
understands the word "no" and doesn't freak out

Someone who works. Good guys have jobs and are always busy that's why they are hard to find. They put dating last. For me someone who doesn't have an addiction. Legal issues. Anger issues. Is open and fun. Funny. Tiny bit of an asshole (helps in the bedroom) and decent D.
