Like i was laying down and someone offered me some cookies and she took one and started feeding it to me. When we went to breakfast we also fed each other what we had

It's caring and nurturing. A very female trait and often the way we try to look after those that matter to us. Possibly romantic, and unless she's holding the food with her lady parts for you to eat probably not sexual if it's in a public place.
