Did she unfriend me on Snapchat for attention?

This girl I “was” talking to/hooked up with unfriended me on Snapchat immediately after the thirst trap on her story expired. I didn’t watch it, so it’s like she was looking for my name on the viewer list and then got emotional when she noticed I didn’t watch it. This was a week after we last talked, so the timing is very interesting. Her burner account is still friends with me. Is she trying to get my attention since she didn’t get it from the thirst trap?

Keep in mind that I’ve known this girl for 8 years. We didn’t just meet.

Yes.. we are quite simple really we check our story views obsessively for someone’s name that we’re interested in. If she noticed she hadn’t watched it she either is unfriending to get your attention so you need to request again.. or she thinks you aren’t interested in her and she’s done this out of being upset. Either way, if you are interested then show it and reach out :)

Well I am still interested, but a couple weeks ago she ghosted me when I said she should come over to my place. Yet she kept Snapchatting me random things after that so I finally had to tell her that if she’s not interested then we should stop with the snapchats.

I still think she’s unfriending me for attention, because why didn’t she do it 2 weeks ago? And why immediately after her thirst trap expired? I’m talking within an hour, she was gone. It’s like she got emotional and retaliated.

Hmm yeah it seems like she is ping it for attention. Honestly she is probably trying to keep you there as an option but maybe isn’t sure she wants anything to happen from it again. But you not viewing her story made it seem like you’re not interested so unfollowed you out of emotion.

If she’s acting like that there is some kind of feelings there, maybe reach out again but just make it clear you want something to happen!

I think I should wait to friend her back and let things cool down. I want her to wonder and feel the suspense. I don’t want it to look like a can’t live without her. I just think things got a little shitty and time and space between us might help a lot.
