I don't know if you mean natural or something she's done to herself through body modifications.

Body modifications:
1. Face piercings primarily septum rings. They look like cartoon bulls.
2. Those ear gauges. I can't look at them without feeling a little I'll. Why would you do that to yourself?

I don't really know of any that would turn me off.
