The simplest answer is that they want the opponent to make up their mind in advance, looking at it with a cold mind. So their client has a better chance of not getting into more unnecessary trouble, even if it means losing the case.

That the job of a lawyer. He's trying to juggle the both of you so be can get a battle. That way the money is kinda wide open. Negotions. He's looking at his pocket. Period

Not really. Who knows. He wants everybody in a row so he can have room for negotiation. Like the more he can negotiate the more money he can make so he's trying to be impartial to both sides he doesn't want anybody just to settle on an amount if he can make it higher he's going to make it higher from either side cuz he's going to get his money out the top either way

And besides that the two attorneys are always going to be in touch with each other both of those attorneys are looking out for their clients so the attorney has to call the client to let him know that he's being sued and then once the client gets an attorney then the attorneys will talk and they're going to try to figure out what's best for them to not really what's best for you because they can sue for $100,000 and all depending on what your case is if you have medical bills or any of that if that's not included that comes out of what you make which makes your pocket money go down but if he's a good attorney he'll find out what the medical bills are and he'll include that in the amount that way you come out on top and he comes out on top if that makes any sense I just went through all this shit

Mine actually turned out kind of good because I ended up getting like $107,000 but I don't know actually how much we sued for but I'm thinking that we probably sued for like $300,000 but there were doctor bills that were involved in that my child support was involved in that everything was involved in it so when it came all down to the very end I ended up getting $107,000 which I wasn't complaining about but in the very beginning it was a lot more

Oh I also had surgery on my rotator cuff and I had to get shots and needles in my back on numerous occasions so all of that money came out of the money that we sued for but my attorney was good enough to where they sued for all of the hospital bills so that the other people had to pay for it

Well then you may have a chance. Since they don't. You may be In for a big payday. And since they don't have a lawyer he pretty much has to explain to them what's going on but it's going to be up to them to get a lawyer or they will be going in the court Fighting by themselves and that normally didn't turn out pretty good cuz they don't know the terminology they don't know nothing they can't be in for a very expensive ride I got my fingers crossed for you though
