I am Indian and I have seen that most handsome white men usually date white women. I don't want a fling. I want a serious relationship hopefully marriage. Is it even possible? Do I have to look and act a certain way?

Some very handsome white men actually prefer East Asian and Latina women over white women.

In the past Indian women haven't been on our radar as much, but I think it's changing slowly. I like Indian women, I think some of them are very exotic and beautiful looking.
I definitely notice them and I feel attraction.
I think if you're interested in white men you just have to be where they are and be flirty like you would with any other type of man.
If you're attracted to each other, it can work.

You don't. I'm a white man who has crushed on a few Indian women. Do you have to look and act a certain way? No, that's exhausting and you won't be able to keep it up for very long. The only thing I would suggest you do is that if you have a pronounced accent, try to reduce it, and if you speak in a high "head voice", try to lower your voice and speak in "chest voice". If you are in the US, you might improve your chances by moving to the west coast, where there is a surplus of single professional men.

You need to be really good looking, an average indian girl will not get a top white guys attention. If that isn't you will have to lower your standards. Not sure what looks is required to be handsome in your eyes. You will have to settle with a guy on your own attraction level, white or otherwise.

I can't really say, I find most 🇮🇳 women average or below to be honest. I have seen some 7 or 8 but I am not aware of any famous person that I can refer too.

Never heard of them but looked them up and no as a Swedish guy. I don't have to look far for women looking as good or better. They are above average so those 7-8 I was talking about. Except the first that just look average to me.

Be upfront and honest about it. I don't know what you mean by looking a certain way exactly. I don't think you should act a certain way because that's a mask that will eventually fall off. Just be who you are and if a guy doesn't understand then do your best to explain it to him. It is inevitable that there are going to be some Cultural Differences no matter what. May I suggest California (specifically Silicon Valley)? They have a Diverse Population.
