For me, I am more than just thinking about you, I'm remembering back to something wonderful the two of us did together.

Maybe it was the concert we attended together and enjoyed so much? Perhaps our trans-Atlantic cruise together? or maybe it was the evening we had dinner in Rome and expressed how much we cared for each other?

In any case, he's thinking back to something so significant that he's "with you."

Seriously though, I would assume they were there as friends unless they come at you with something more clear. too me, I am with you doesn't say a whole lot. If I wanted a romantic interest to know I was with them and only them then I would express exactly that.

i read this over a couple of times. Here is what I think. Two people who are single and in some kind of romantic relationship. One of them says "I'm with you".
What does it mean?
1) It could mean that one agrees with the other over an issue.
2) It could mean that one wants the other to know that they are indeed a couple
3) It could mean that one was going out somewhere and the other wants to go too.

It was not at all that type of convo. They were asking me. out but I didn't like the choice of venue. Then I asked if they were married or not. They said divorced and I replied I was too then they said "I'm with you".

It's kind of vague thing to say, but they may mean they are into you or want to continue the relationship in hopes of it getting more serious.
