Approaching girls at walmart?

This is like the perfect place to approach, but I always psyche myself out and don't approach them because I think of an excuse or decide it's not appropriate whatever. How do I quit doing this? Just as long as they're in an isle by themselves and not like waiting in line where you're holding people up I don't see the issue.

Back when I was good at approaching I could chat them up for 5-10 minutes only to find out they had a boyfriend when I asked for a number. So maybe I wasn't good at approaching.
