And I think what makes scientists great is not just their works of fame, but the untold number of failures which they endured, to make our world better.

Hence I disagree with you. The pain is worth it because we still have a chance to succeed as long as we try. But once we stop, we never will.

Kind of. I'd rather have multiple women and multiple breakups than to never be accepted by any women. Especially due to BS out of your control like height or race. "It's better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all." But I kind of agree with you; women suck nowadays. (Men probably suck too, but women suck more.)

I disagree. Yes we risk heartbreak for each new relationship, but that’s the risk we take to find love.


If you have that pessimistic attitude regarding dating it’s like saying why ever drive in a car because you may get in an accident and total it?

I agree. But only because in my experience women are not worth the effort. I'm not saying that women who are worth the effort don't exist. But clearly they're rare as in forty plus years I've only ran into one.
