Hmmmm. A lot of assumptions there. Human are rife with confirmation bias. They project thier own feelings and give External agency to their thoughts. Disrespectful lacks precision. For example. Do you mean Caucasian men don't hold doors open for women of color but do for white women? Or... Do Caucasian men use ethnic slurs?
Do exceptions prove the rule? If a good husband and father has a wife who is of color, mean that all Caucasian men are respectful?
I think the better question to ask is, why do I think all Caucasian men disrespect women of color? Which may lead you to the answer that your question is asking.

In my experience its the other way around. Black woman are in my experience mostly the ones who are being disrespectfull to white men and white girls.

As a black woman, I've had more issues out of black men than white men! And I've heard over black women voice the same concern, especially when it comes to dating.
No, I'm not saying all black men are bad. It sounds like you've just had bad experiences with certain people, but that's no reason to assume all white men are that way.

FYI, I'm in a long term relationship with a white man and he treats me like a goddess 😊
The majority of my work colleagues are white men, and they treat me in a professional, respectful manner.

I've been bullied being white to, I brushed off most of it, sometimes it does hurt me but I try to brush off most of it. I went to a high school majority black. I hang out with mostly black people. So it can really damage me and hurt me. But I try really hard to just brush it off. And once again, I'm not saying its okay or right or should never be punished.
