Yes, it's bad. I want to see the person's face. If they are wearing sunglasses, there is a reason for it. If it's to try and hide their identity, I don't want to get involved with a potential situation. If they are hiding part of their face for some other reason, that's deceitful.

It's definitely not ideal. You'll get more swipes if they can see your entire face, eyes included. However, if you have other photos, use one with your entire face showing as the 1st and the glasses as your 2nd+ photo.

The face for me is priority 1 in looks, and the eyes are a big factor in how attractive it is. The eyes also show a lot of feeling, and you want your first pic be an expressive one to give a sense of who you are.
