Im guessing a lot do and vise versa, because of the British efforts of to colonize and control India for so long. Kinda like how the US troops get exposure to Korean, Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese women, created an interest and culture exposure.

My guess would be that they do. Judging by the high number of Indian women in the UK, they can't be all single, so there must be a corresponding big amount of British men who like them.

People like beauty. It is often not so much about the race, but the individual. Of course, there will be preferences, but not everyone has that Same preference. We are all individuals with our own likes and dislikes.
