How to meet a traditional girl?

Where can I find a traditional girl outiside church?
A girl that dresses conservately, is polite, well mannered and has somewhat of an old fashion minset?

Polite and well-mannered seem like the minimum qualifications. I'm not sure what you mean by "old-fashioned" mindset. Do you mean submissive?

You have to create one. They essentially dont exist. You need to be a strong leader and lead a woman to be amazing. Good luck.
