Is this girl moving too slow?

So I think we've known each other 3 months now and we've only been on 3 dates. We met sometime in Janurary i believe. She works a lot and got sick (girls always get sick) I arrange a date and then I won't hear from her and she'll respond a week after the date was supposed to happen. She comes around eventually and we average one date every 3 weeks it seems, but thats a little too slow for me. My friend was saying the same thing but I've decided that I'm just letting her do her thing because forcing things to happen never worked in the past. At the same time my best friend somehow seems to always become boyfriend and girlfriend within a couple weeks of meeting a girl then get married like 6 months later so he's probably not a fair comparison.

Similar thing happened to me, if it’s not your pace talk about it and see what happens. Depending on the response If nothing changes, move on to someone who’s sure about what they want.
