What to do? What to ask?

So I've been dating this woman almost 2 months now. It will be 2 months officially on June 2nd. Everything has gone great until 4 days ago. She has gone into hiding basically and is barely texting or talking at all. I asked her if everything is ok and no reply back. What would you do? She won't answer any questions.

She may have lost interest or maybe she’s just taking a break from things for her mental health. I know a lot of women who suddenly drop off the radar because they need to focus on themselves.
