Korean Girl Giving Me Mixed Responses?

So recently I met a girl on online dating app. She is Korean and we seem to be comfortable chatting with each other. She said she is comfortable with me, and she wants to find a serious relationship. However, I asked her if she is interested in me and she said she want to start from friends and see if we are compatible. I said ok, and on we went to a second date. I wanted to give her a goodbye hug at the end or hold her hands while hiking but she said "no touch". I'm not sure if it is korean culture to avoid hugging/holding hands when dating... I am quite confused and I'm getting mixed feelings on whether she is actually interested in a serious relationship with me or just wants free dates... I have been paying for the last two dates.. which were quite expensive... not to sound cheap but I also support my family... She is currently 28 and unemployed finding a job. She told me that she will treat me dinner when she finds a job. I found that reasonable but she does not respond to my texts often. I'm really feeling that she just want friends/free dates... more than a serious relationship with me. What do you guys think? Is it a korean culture thing where you are not suppose to hold hands/hug on date?
