Are there girls who are more attracted to men who are more introverted, submissive, shy and less confidence than the opposite? Is this common or something rare?

There's all sorts of people out there who like all sorts of things.

I'd highly suggest you ditch the "alpha-beta" thing, though.

Turns out not only was that false and the researcher who publicized it has spent his years since trying to correct it, but it wasn't even done on male wolves!

The "alpha" was actually a mother wolf, teaching her pups. It is more accurate to refer to "breeding" wolves, as further study (by the guy who did the original) has revealed wolves social hierarchy is more tied to producing pups.

There are girls. From what I've seen, they're pretty rare but women who are femdoms still exists.

Few but some. Most are complete trainwrecks. That being said many accidentally choose betas. They just happen to work with one or ones exceptionally physically attractive to them or any number of reasons. They later cheat or divorce them though at a very high rate.
