Being mature, having a stable job, not taking yourself too seriously, and being intelligent are the first things that come to mind. Also, I find the whole sigma/alpha/beta thing entirely unattractive for a man to be interested in. I understand wanting to improve yourself and being in a good mindset, but those communities promote horrible ideals.
