Will Korean guys even consider dating non-Koreans? I notice that western girls actually look ugly in Seoul. Am I missing something?

I live in the US and I have some Korean guy friends. Years ago one of them had a fight with his parents because he’s going to marry a Latino girl who’s also our friends. He’s a second generation in the US but his parents are traditional.
They are married now and having great life together but it does take long time fir his parents to accept it.

I am in Japan, but I visit South Korea a lot. South Koreans are less likely to date and marry outside of their race tnan other Asian cultures. I am not sure why.

No. I am friends with some of them, but they have never tried to date me. If a Korean guy took a girl home to meet his parents and she was not Korean, they would not be happy.

Yes, when they are in a relationship. They usually try to get a boyfriend that their parents would approve of. Japan is much more open with things like that. There is a lot of casual relationships between Koreans and foreigners, I have noticed.
