What is she hiding?

So today me and my girl were watching a show on her phone on screen share, and she went to her Instagram real quick because I was doing something. And I knew for a while that she had a old account/ spam. So I asked her to go on it real quick and she did, I asked to see her dms and she went on it and quickly swiped out of it. I saw that she texted herself on the old account but the thing is I have her new account and I didn’t see the message from the old account come through. I also noticed that there was other people in the old account dms. So I asked her to go back and let me see. And she said no, your doing the most right now. Is she cheating? Or what?
