If a girl who you don’t know well asks if you have a girlfriend, is she interested?

Depends on the context. I've had people ask me this, but due to what was being discussed in a conversation. Others did it because they were curious. Interest makes itself clear, and petty questions like this don't.

Context:

I get nervous around her and she picked that up, so she has asked me twice why i get nervous. The second time she asked that she also asked me if i have a girlfriend.

What do you mean by nervous? Are you interested in her? What did you say after she asked why you're nervous?

Maybe she thought you were interested in her and that's why you were

By nervous i mean that when she’s around i get really quiet and look down, and get stiff. She must have picked it up somehow from my body language.

And yes I’m interested in her, that’s why i get shy/nervous.

What did i say after she asked me that? The first time when she asked that, i said nothing because i had no idea what to say.

When she asked me that again ( a few days later ), i said “i don’t know” and she said “you don’t know?”. And then she asked me if i dont have a girlfriend.

Your body language suggests that you don't deal well with girls, specially one you're interested in. Her asking if you have a girlfriend is another way of asking if you're single, therefore, free to go after any girl including her.

What happened after this?

Nothing really happened, i just told her that i don’t go out a lot and she said “so you're introverted”. Then i finished my food and i left.

The next day what happened, which i think may be something, is that we were talking about something.

While we were talking she grabbed my arm. I didn’t think much of it because i know some people are just a bit more touchy.

After a bit she put her hand on my stomach and was really close. I got really nervous and leaned a bit away from her so that her hand didn’t touch me anymore. She noticed that and then she leaned towards me and put her hand back on my stomach. Then someone came and we moved away from each other.

Now i can’t tell if she is just being friendly or now because the touching stuff happened while her girl friend was also there. She was behind her. And the other thing is that she looked serious, didn’t even smile, we just talked about stuff.

The next day we were talking again, and she told me “you are disciplined”. What does that even mean? Im not sure what she was trying to say.

And after that nothing really happened, we just talk during lunch sometimes.

She's either messing with you or is actually interested. I would hope for the latter but be prepared for the former, since it's quite a lousy way to show interest.

Messing in what sense?

Joking with you or just provoking you. People can be bad like that.
