i have to say men. on the average. they are even winning beauty pageants. if you take away the long hair and makeup which are just distractions you can judge a woman's true beauty.

like that blue girl from the avenger's movie with no hair. she was still hot even with all the blue makeup. but then you see her looking normal and your knees go weak. if she still looks good without hair and makeup- she's fine.

but most girls if you just focus on their face. no boobs, hair, or makeup- they actually really aren't all that attractive.
