You sound like you've put a lot of energy and made a lot of sacrifices for that relationship, as you should this is not a bad thing, that only further proves the point that you cared about him and didn't wrong him and definitely don't deserve to be guilted into anything. And starting therapy is definitely one of the best moves you could pull off right now so that's definitely something to be proud about. For the Instagram thing I apologize but I have no Instagram, I usually go on a rant about how bad social media is, but I'll be honest with you, for some reason I just don't like anyone knowing anything about me especially nit where I go or where I am, I don't know what it is I have friends and I never shut up (as you might have noticed from my long paragraphs) but you won't hear me talk about my life and if someone asks personal questions I get suspicious for some reason, so the less people (and actually governments just in case) know the better..
Way too much… you sound completely desperate and you probably are it’s okay but it’s not good, will not lead to anything good and will not make him come back to you at all… the only thing you can do is truly focus on yourself and take time for yourself, then he may decide to come back to you and at this point you can decide too (you may surprise yourself and decide you don’t want to keep going with him).

Girl forget the guy and move one. He had no respect for you when he decided to go be with a prostitute. Also if he is making you feel like everything is your fault that's not a healthy relationship and trust me. I had a guy who couldn't see his wrong doings and would always blame me for everything he won't change.

I've just read all the other comments. Your ex does not respect you, and if he's making you feel like everything is your fault after what went on, that's manipulative and a massive RED flag. The message you've sent him, you've under-valued yourself, and put him on a pedestal.
