How short is too short for a guy?

I'm a 5'7 dude. I don't know what my chances are in dating. I'm pretty athletic looking and have abs and broad shoulders. What do you think about the chances?

I'm 6'1, but my younger brother who is quite a bit shorter than me has done better with the ladies, because he's got a more masculine personality. I'm insecure and seek validation, he's not afraid to disagree with others and state his opinion clearly. He's more competitive, and he's much more conscientious and better educated with a much better career etc.

So my point is height isn't everything; you can make up for it in other ways.

But height can matter in superficial contexts like Tinder, and you might have more success in countries where people are shorter than in countries where they're tall. In my country I feel short because young guys these days are often significantly taller than me.

It depends, if you're white, then it's not looking good bruv- it's not looking good.

It you're black, you could do fine: Black guys can get away with this, because studies show that people view them as larger than they actually are, and there is the myth that they have a big dick (the previous view will enhance the perception that this is true, even when it isn't)

If you're Asian, you'll do completely fine. Most Asian girls will date Asian guys, and they're not expected to be as tall as white guys.

If you're Hispanic, you'll be alright, but make sure to tout your hispanic heritage, because if you're viewed as white you'll be expected to fulfill the same height standards as white guys (6 feet plus).

I've never found a guy over 5’11 attractive. They just werent cute. And the large size makes me uncomfortabke. Are you attractive? If you are then lt shouldn't matter. Most women are shorter than you so if they dont like your height, theyre the unreasonable one. I can understand wanting a taller guy. Im 5’7 so I wouldn't date a guy that height (these days. When I was younger I would). I think 5’9 is more ideal for me. I see so many 5’1 women crying about how they want a 6’4 man. Its ridiculous to me.
