White guys, do you date women of colour? And when you do date do you see a future?

Im just a brown girl (27) trying to date white guys, but I always feel like the guys I try to make moves on only date white girls or don't mind dating/having sex but ultimately don't see a future.

Dont know if it's just my country. It's a pretty racist country. (South Africa).

Also don't know if I'm imagining this. That's why I'm asking.

Yes, and I only have repeat dates with women I see a future with. But I can't speak for all guys. Yes fetishizing is a thing. Most guys probably do date women of other ethnicities as a novelty. I'll admit dating a different ethnicity partner can cause cultural problems. And as I'm sure you're well aware of anything that makes 2 people different makes a relationship possibility harder. But it's been MY EXPERIENCE that black women are honest a straight forward. Could just be my luck with the women I've dated. But I appreciate honest and straight forward communication.

I don't discriminate, based on color/race/ethnicity/nationality.

I'll date any woman, provided our personalities are a match, we're compatible, and I find her at least moderately attractive. I'm just as likely to date someone dark, as I am to date someone light. That makes no difference to me.

Yes, I do but mostly Asian. Which some are very dark.

It depends.

Some white guys just don’t find most black/brown women physically attractive. That’s not “racist” in itself. They might completely respect minority women otherwise. But romantic attraction isn’t a choice.

But there are exceptions. I am currently planning a date with a mixed race girl. Give her a chance and see how it goes. She’s pretty cute.

Yeah. I would date anyone I’m attracted to. What matters is what’s on the inside. There isn’t anything wrong with you dating someone. What people say and think doesn’t matter. Not their relationship and not their business

I think the world is changing especially here in the states where people date other people of different colors and origins all the time. Some countries might be different though.
