Women want someone to take care of them and to guide them through the right way and be responsible for them, even men their age haven't reached this characteristics yet, so what about younger men... of course you would find younger men who has responsibility and act older than their age due to life factors that made them mature earlier, but its rarely found, a man want to live his life and enjoy it, so we would rather pick one who has settled down already and not searching for young playful life still

See, if I like people an age or two below me, they're very immature and only care about looks n' shit and if you don't align with their fantasy, they wanna call you "ugly" and whatnot

If they're the same age as you, it's a hit or miss

If they're a couple years older than you, they've gained a little more life experience and dealt with people longer than you have, so they have some sense of maturity about them, but then again there's older guys who are just as immature as younger ones, so tbh I don't fucking know

It is not my preference but, if I was single and a perfect guy came along but he was a year younger I probably would date him. I never have, though, I have dated guys from my age to 9 years older than me. I really don't think I could date a guy 5 years younger than me even if he was perfect otherwise.
