Im talking about men and friends and family members. But funny thing these people all have criminaö backrounds, low paying jobs etc

It is what you know and who you are surrounded by. If you want to meet people who treat you better, move or stop hanging out with people with the "unwanted" attributes. You also need to be mentally ready. You're going to get culture-shocked with decency and doubt if you should have it. There is probably a high-probability you will run back to the people who mistreat you.
