Unless you're just interested in being used for your body, don't start by focusing on sex. Guys like being noticed for things they say or do, so comment on what you observe and let him know how those things impact you. Quality guys also like being helpful, so asking for help can get him to notice you, as long as the help is truly meaningful and doesn't appear to be a come-on. It's OK to help him, also, as long as you're not implying he is incapable of handling it himself. In other words, share the load, don't push him aside and carry it yourself.
