Yeah, I’ve done it. We lived 12,074 km (7502 miles) from each other for 4 years.
The pandemic and travel bans kept us physically apart for some time, along with financial and legal logistics.
But now we’re finally sharing an apartment together. 🙂
I’d say, it’s worth if you KNOW you want to spend the rest of your life with them and you’re BOTH willing to commit to all the work, challenges, and patience that it’s going to take.
In my opinion, distance shouldn’t be enough of a reason to end a relationship, if your bond is strong and your love is true.
But, if you’re still testing the waters or you’re unsure about the person, then no, it’s not worth it. LDRs are a LOT of work.
But if they’re really special to you (like you’d literally take a bullet for them) then you should be able to handle an LDR.
P. S. Lovin’ your memes as always, haha. That last image from the Reddit post though… TOTALLY relate. 😂

No I haven´t and I´m not willing because I don´t want to live in another country anytime soon.

I was in a long distance relationship before and it's something I don't want anymore. It's a mess and you might feel that you're not in a real relationship.
However, I'm more than open to the idea of dating someone from another country. I'm not interested in dating men from where I live.
Yes I would. I met a very special person that I'm really into online, but he happens to live abroad. We're planning to meet the upcoming year

I haven't and I don't think I would unless I could fully trust him and I can tell they put me as a priority and such otherwise things just don't work out
Yeah, I have done it, but I don't recommend it. The other country wasn't always more than a few hours away.
I live in United States of America, to the outside world, people think that here in U. S. roads are made out of Gold and money grow on trees. So, for most guys, any attempt to try to date a girl outside of U. S. in hopes that she might become their life long parter would be a fatal and extremely costly mistake. Why? because for most girls finding an an American CITIZEN is a Mission, most girls are not looking for an American love, they are looking for guys who can bring them there for long enough for them to be able to permanently establish themselves, so they can live their life's independent and free of any strings attached (guys who actually brought them here and helped them to stay here).
I've dated a broad and a dude LOL! but yes i have fk'd in other countries with people i didn't know. Bartender in Greece he worked in my hotel, a maid in spain that also worked where i was staying I got the hint after she came into my room while I was in bed for the third time LOL!, and a fellow vacationer in Cancun that i kept seeing without his wife in the bar I gave him head three times in bar bathroom on three different nights

nope... this is actually the reason why my ex-girlfriends and I decided to complete a cycle in our relationships... we just could not avoid and we could not with a distance, especially with the one at the other half of the world
Never have, never would. I don't want to date some poor man from some poor country with radically different cultures, beliefs, language, etc. wouldn't survive that
Never
Abroad, no. Long distance, yes, but different country, no.
I didn't, even meeting someone from a different city can be troublesome.
Yes, I have had two holiday romances, should learn that they can't usually last but it worked for a while.
Only if they're European, and specifically from the UK, Ireland, and the Netherlands
Otherwise, noI've dated an online scammer allegedly from the Philippines.
I wouldn't want a long distance relationship but if it's someone who moved over here sure why not
When a ONS turns into a long distance relationship and then you get married?

I’ve been in ldr’s but honestly it was just impossible to make them work
