It depends on why they are intimidated, I suppose.

If you walk around with a necklace made of human ears, telling them that they'd look good on a plate, surrounded by french fries, then yeah; you're probably at fault.

If it's just because you have an intimidating physique, then nah; you didn't really do anything to cause them to be intimidated.

Yeah, that would probably be your fault, I'd imagine.

If you're very gruff, loud, or belligerent, for example, that would probably be intimidating to a lot of people, and it would be a direct result of your actions, or the way you present yourself.

As a person who is 250 pounds of iron steel and sex appeal, of course not. If they didn't want to be so intimidated then they should have grown a few more inches or perhaps, try some steroids to bulk up.

It could be a flaw. It can be a sign that you form off overly aggressive and closed minded. A lot of people are intimidated by my manager because she lacks an open mind and snaps when she wants to. Very hard to open up to her about anything
