When I was 18 to 22 I was in the military. Traveled a lot and when I was new to an area I often was mistaken for a someone still in high school when out of uniform. It was Awkard being told I wasn't allowed in the dorm I lived in because only active duty personnel was allowed. I was, I also worked in the hospital and some patients were not too happy when I pulled up to draw blood. The good thing about working in the hospital is that I was surrounded by smart people a great majority of them women. I was good at my job had a positive attitude and worked directly with smart assertive beautiful women and It wasn't a problem for them. You just have to genuine mature confident and above all else willing to have fun and not let things that you have no control over bother you. Long term Im 46 now and I still get mistaken for being a lot younger and its not an issue.
