Assuming she lives in a city or somewhere that driving isn't necessary, sure, why not? Conversely, if there's another issue that's preventing her from getting a license, I might not. For example if she imposes upon others to shuttle her around or if she has a health issue that prevents her from operating a vehicle.

I'm not going to say "no" off the giddyup. But I would be curious as to why she doesn't have one. That might lead to me not wanting to date her if it's something legalality related. But I mean does she just not drive (legally blind)? Does she just use mass transit?

Unless there is a legitimate reason like disability that prevents one from getting a drivers license I wouldn’t be with them. That said in general I don’t want to be the only driver so I probably wouldn’t date someone who doesn’t know how to drive.

Ability to drive doesn't matter to me, I hate living in rural areas so I don't need to drive. So yeah, provided she checked the other boxes.

That depends on where she/I live. If we're in a city with good public transportation, there's no problem. If we're out in the suburbs with no decent transportation options I might think twice

Yes. I have a friend who cannot get one at 28 due to her epilepsy. And one grandmother grew up in New York and never got a drivers license in her entire life.
