A guy told me today that I was tall for a girl, and I'm already insecure about my height so that made me even more insecure. I was I shorter, I feel like I'm too tall for a girl. I'm even taller than some men where I am. 😢 I want to be cute and short like the other girls.

That's neither too tall or short. There's a lot more guys that like girls 165 cm/5'5 than anything. You're the perfect height for all those average height guys, I'm sure they'd love you as you are neither too tall nor too short to them. Unless you only like tall guys, I'd say you still aren't absurdly tiny to them either. 5'5 is a very practical height for a lot of men.
