Why? I used to binnen watch and now i cannot enjoy not even documentaries

Could be the use of the phone reducing your span of attention.
Things like videogames, phones or pornography give very fast and intense set of dopamine.
Wereas movies, tv shows and books for example release a lower amount for a longer period of time.

To our brain that is not as appealing, so when you're trying to do one of those things your mind will start to wonder cause it doesn't get the usual excitement.

As a consequence we turn into our phone for a quick dose of that sweet dopamine.

Me too.
For the most part, I have stopped watching television - even streamed TV.
I watch YouTube videos (often music) or certain sports.
For instance, I didn't watch many NFL games until the playoffs.
I will stream occasional National Lacrosse League games on EPSN+.
I DO stream OLD TV shows like "Law & Order", "Law & Order: Criminal Intent", "Star Trek".
Also, some old movies.

but regular TV, no way (except The Crown up to season 4)

I’m the same way. It’s all garbage and left wing bullshit. Everything halfway decent isn’t really on television anymore and you have to subscribe to 15 steaming services to get everything you want

I have been blaming it on covid but I am not sure. I have lost interest in watching baseball and am not the hockey fan I used to be. A new Marvel movie came out and I will just wait until it is streaming. It is hard to sit and pay attention to a TV show these days.

That's what's happened to me last year I was completely depressed for the entire year last year and I lost interest in everything.

I was a huge movie buff from my childhood hood, I used to watch movies from 5 different film industries.

But I couldn't watch even the movies once I used to love once up on a time.

But I feel ok now I am like my old self again 😀.

@sarag65 Well that's what those screens do. TV, phone, tablet. They all make us dumber. People used to be able to remember their phone numbers and learn a lot more advance concepts. The phones have made everyone dumber. Now everyone feels awkward talking to each other and can't focus anymore.

Well it depends on what you're watching. I'm sure with all the different shows on TV. There's something that pictures interest you just haven't found it yet
