Are short and chubby girls unattractive to guys? specially tall guys?

As most have said, it's hard to say without pictures.

Secondly, define plump. Some people deposit fat in specific areas which makes the body more shapely, voluptuous.

Lastly, the general answer - depends on the guy, there are people who love huge women, and some who don't.

Petite usually mean short and thin, don't worry about height, as for weight I am not sure.
