What do you do when you tried to talk to someone and they don't respond to your message?

If someone is too “busy”(yes, sarcasm) to respond, then that’s someone I won’t be communicating long with… Don’t give time to people that don’t/won’t make time for you…

Depends who it is. Family or close friend I probably send them another message if that doesn't get a response and it isn't time sensitive I wait till I see them.

But if it's neither family or close friend I don't send another message.

Deal with the obviousness that they have no desire to communicate with you and let it go. One can not force another to communicate.
