Honestly id deal with it if their personality is at least good or they have a reasonable reason for why they did what they did, like extremely bad insecurities, everybody has insecurities but not everybody has the same reasons or triggers to their insecurities, maybe certain things have happened in their past & their doubts are strong enough to believe what they’re doing is okay or right. Realise that they’re human too and most humans do just want to be loved / accepted as they are, some do take drastic measures for getting that. You just gotta communicate & understand each other, no reason to judge their actual appearance.


But of course, if they’re a straight out liar and lie about absolutely everything which is why they’ve lied about their appearance to begin with. Theeen, yeah, no. I wouldn’t be interested loll

Let's reverse it, and say the woman looks entirely different than her photo. Yeah I'd not want to date. So I'd not fault you if the man you met looked very different from his photo.
