Am I too late for dating if I’m 25 and have never done it?

I have never dated or been in a relationship or have done anything physical with a girl at 25.

i see people around me and almost all of them have dated at least once or have been/are in a relationship at least once.

i feel like im a little behind which will impact it negatively because at 25, i think women expect men to be good at communication in relationships and dating.

Should have mentioned that there were a few girls that have showed interest in me and have initiated stuff but i didn't have the confidence to proceed further

If girls have shown interest in you, hey, that's a good sign, means they are phyiscally and mentally attracted to you. How about considering letting their curioisity of and attraction to you boost your confidence? Get some counseling, professional or even just from others that know and care about you. Work on your confidence and self-steem issues.
25 is not too late, not even close. I consider that very young. It's never too late. It's not the age that makes it "too late", it's the mindset. Enjoy life, you only die once. Let the ladies see how wonderful you are. :)

No, the age is no issue. Just find a nice woman who will gladly show you how it works.

Actually, the main challenge could be to find a woman who wants to have sex with you. Same situation as for everyone else.

There was a girl who i think was interested in me because one day she started touching me in intimate places. But i didn't have the confidence to touch her back or at least reciprocate. Was that a sign from her?

Yes, that's for sure. It does not happen too often that a woman is so forward I think. As long as she respects a "no" as well it should be fine. If you want to touch her back you can.

I don't have much romantic experience either and have recently decided to give dating a try. It really helps if you establish your future goals and ideal qualities in a partner to help you find the right person for you.

Also, it seems like 25 is the age where everyone takes dating more seriously.

I just want a partner that doesn’t take relationships lightly, because that’s what happened with a girl i liked who showed interest back. She would ask me if i have a girlfriend, then later on touch me in questionable places (i didn't touch her back), and then later i found out that she has a “casual bf”.

I started avoiding her. She used to eat lunch with me and she initiated convos while we ate. But when i found out about her “casual bf” i purposefully started eating lunch earlier so i could avoid her. I think she got the hint of me avoiding her because she stopped talking to me after that.

It's best to state that in the beginning then, or have a discussion about it. People on dating apps tend to be direct about what they're looking for (in terms of hookups, friends with benefit, casual or serious relationships, etc). If it's in person and there's mutual interest, you can have a talk with them to see where they stand.

Ultimately, it's better to take things slow. It's good that you didn't reciprocate or continue with the girl since you both clearly have different goals.

When i like a girl i get nervous and dont know what to do. The recent girl i liked noticed that i got nervous and started asking me why why i get nervous around her. She asked me that thrice but i never had the guts to tell her why.

Start by just talking to people -- introduce yourself, ask their name. Take a note on your phone so you can greet them by name the next time. When you are greeting a dozen or so women whenever you see them, dating will be a lot easier.
