What to make of this girl?

So I hung out with a female supervisor afterwork and came clean that I was kinda into her. She wasn't and got slightly distant for like a month and a half.

Then over the past week she started getting real close again.

>The other day we were supposed to talk about how her interview went and tag along with me and my friend for drinks
>But she cut the conversation short, and refused my offer to drive her home
>Then like 10-15 min later texts me saying she regrets saying no and to let her know when I do something again

>she's concerned and asks about my trip
>I tell her I should still be going
>Asks me jokingly to sneak her on the flight
>Then later says that its too bad that we couldn't hang out tomorrow before the trip. But that we will before I go.

My gut feel is that she's kinda conflicted on me, but for some reason is coming around a bit lately

If she's interested she sounds very flaky. Could be that she waited that time because she wanted to be friends but not give you the wrong idea.

Maybe, but it sparked up again right after I was there for her when she needed it. And she thanked me for it. And alluded to something else being on her mind but would tell me about it. But never did. So I don't know
