I'm not sure if there's a lot of metal guys on this site but if there are you can answer this question lol

I love metal but I don't dress like it at all, I hardly even have black clothes. Would you still date someone like me or not

As a former metalhead, absolutely. Most metal people don't actively dress the part. You can bring out the black for a concert or something. Or don't.

What you lose out on is the instant "That's one if mine" bonus that might make the initial meet and greet smoother.

From what I've seen, the guys you'd be missing are usually a hot mess. There's plenty of metal heads who aren't specifically looking for a goth chick

hellooo fellow metalhead!! yeah I have that problem too... I'm not a metalhead guy's usual type: tall, slender, gothic, lots of makeup etc. I wear the occasional band t-shirt but it's just not the same. will I ever find a long-haired metalhead? :(

I am the same. I love metal, but I don't dress like a typical metal chick, but I still have no problem meeting a lot of heavy metal fans.

Absolutely! I guess most metalheads today don't even dress all black every single day, so the fact that a woman is not into metal ain't a dealbreaker. If she is, bonus track lol!
