Monolids/tiny double eyelid and blonde hair look exceptionally ugly together. It's like pickles with nutella. It's like a scoop of ice cream added to pasta.

You can't do anything with those eyes, flat wide noses, flat faces etc. Better for them to keep it natural with their black hair. The girl in the photo has orange hair by the way. Natural blonde hair looks like Freida Pinto's kid's hair. It looks shiny and golden not dull and brassy!
