Yeah for sure. I am not that tall but close-ish so that would work. Wouldn't matter if you were the same height or shorter. My ex was shorter than me and it wasn't a big deal. I dunno how outside people looked at us or if they even cared but we didn't. 5'10" would be almost ideal height for me personally. So as long as you are a good dude with good character and we got along I see no reason why not.
