    Lol I don't know. I'll take a guess. Meditation? That was the first thing that came to mind reading the question. Unfortunately I have no experience with meditation. Never tried it and wouldn't really know how. Yeah sounds stupid but I bet there is a method to it. Outside of that I've got no clue what it could be. You gonna give us the answer?
